Time to put the year in review. To go through our many different experiences, re-evaluate, pick up highlights and lowlights, our moments of victories and losses, our patting ourselves on the back and our scolding ourselves moments, accepting and admitting our flaws and faults, as well as owning and playing more to our strengths. But most importantly, it is time for us to look within and chart a new course for the new year that is upon us.
